Vaccinations

Dog and Cat primary vaccines and boosters. Booster plans are designed to minimise the use of vaccines where possible, following manufacturers UK approved licencing.

We encourage the use of the early socialisation program for the Puppy vaccine course. This can involve a 3rd visit for puppy vaccinations at no extra charge.

Titre testing is also available on request

Neutering

Dog and Cat neutering at age/breed appropriate times.

Cats are usually 4 months old, based on national recommendations from RSPCA and Cats Protection. Research shows this can be as young as 12 weeks old, but we normally book kittens around 16 weeks old/2kg bodyweight to improve their anaesthetic management.
Dogs are a bit more complicated due to the large range in size and breed specific differences.

Dentistry

Prevention is the best option, with regular daily brushing and the use of the pet toothpastes. Specialist dental chews/diets and diet additives can help.

We perform routine scale and polish procedures under general anaesthesia and complex extractions.

Soft Tissue Surgery

A range of soft tissue and abdominal surgery procedures.

Orthopaedic Surgery

A range of bone surgeries available.

Diagnostic Tests & Imaging

Utilising internal laboratory machines with built in AI for fast turnaround, Digital X-rays and Ultrasound. We can also liaise with our referral clinics for advanced imaging such as CT and MRI.

Nurse Clinics

Our experienced nurses can provide a range of clinics including nail clips, anal gland expression, tick removals, weight management, post operative check-ups and diabetic management.

Microchips

This is now a legal requirement in the UK and it protects your pet, helping to return them home to you if they are found injured or lost.

Cats : must be microchipped by 20wks of age. We normally tend to do these when cats are in for neutering at 4months old, but they can be done anytime.

Dogs: Must be microchipped by 8 weeks of age.

For complex cases we have relationships with the main referral centres in Havant, Winchester, Ringwood and Guildford.
